1.1 Earth Art Therapy co-creates personalised care plans with individuals, tailoring each session to their needs, pace and therapeutic aims.
Utilising art as a form of communication helps people to express themselves and process emotions in alternative ways, especially where complex or difficult feelings have been stored as images.
Art-making and experiences in nature can provide a steady calm for people to soften the harsh edges of life, and gain a deeper understanding of their lived experiences that can often be difficult to put into words.
